Brian Blaylock spent years working other people's remodeling jobs around Lone Tree before he ever set up Above Grade Handyman Services's first office. What finally pushed him to go out on his own was watching one too many homeowners get handed a flooring quote that ballooned once the crew tore up the old floor and found problems nobody had warned them about.
